Is it possible to add the fields (Account description & concat (Account + Description)) in FSG Repor

Hi All,

Is it possible to add add the fields (Account description & concat (Account + Description)) in FSG Report (EBS 12.1.3)?

1. Share the Concept of FSG from Scratch

2. Explain if possible to add the fields (Account description & concat (Account + Description)) .

Please share some ideas.....
