Unable to import items with templates

Dear All

We are using EBS 12.2.4 and database version is 11.2.0.3.0 We are unable to import items with template. Error is "The TEMPLATE_ID or TEMPLATE_NAME specified is not a valid template".

However I am 100% sure that template id or template name is correct. Default INV profile options are also set.

Please suggest any solution.
