SPARC T5-4 randomly enters c)continue, s)ync, r)eset

All,

I have a SPARC T5-4 that randomly enters a break state in which "c)continue, s)ync, r)eset" is displayed.  This stops the running operating systems and supported logical domains.  My customer is now very frustrated as it seems to be happening more often.

I have recently upgraded the hardware to the latest version and the host OS is 11.3 with the new SRU.

HAs anyone experienced this problem?
