Is there a way to refresh level sheet in Space Management as a record change?

Hello Team,

We use Space management, and have floors with Vacant Seats.  On the Level (multiple per floor) record we update this vacant seats field monthly.  In level sheet we have a query to sum all this field per each floor if active.

What we have found is that the changes does not automated the sum to be run.  When we click on the refresh button on level sheet then everything is good.  I am wondering if this could be done as soon as the record is changed?
