Hello.

In SIM (13.1.7) in the table RK_PRICE_CHANGE what is the difference between status 1 (Pending) and 5 (Ticket List)?

Is there any operation that creates Item Tickets based on the records with status equal to 5?

How are these records created with status 5? Is there any option in RPM when creating the promotion?
