Any tips/tricks to passing the "Oracle Database SQL Expert 1Z0-047" certification exam?

I've been thinking about pursuing the certification for "Oracle Database SQL Expert 1Z0-047".

Does anyone have any feedback on the certification?  Is it worth the effort?

Does anyone have any feedback on the exam?  How long did you study?  What tips/tricks do you recommend to pass the exam?

After you pass the exam, how long is the certification good for before it expires or must be renewed?
