Urgent Issue - High Hyperion Planning JVM Memory Consumption

We have been observing issue with the memory consumption for Planning JVMs . They are set to 2 GB initial with 8 GB max .

They (Planning JVM) are reaching 50 GB of RAM memory space and it shooting the server memory consumption to 98 % . It is crashing planning server and this is happening thrice at this time .

Please let me know if you have any checks we can run to debug this issue.

Note : we are on Planning 11.1.2.4.004
