How to modify Packing Slip Report to run for deliveries that Have been pick released but Not Been Sh

How to modify Packing Slip Report to run for deliveries that Have been pick released but Not Been Ship Confirmed?  I was trying to modify the SQL associated with the value set for the Delivery ID Parameter, but have not been successful.

Appreciate any help!
