Employee Self-Service - effective dates for medical and dental coverage

Hi,

We are implementing employee self-service and need help reconciling the difference in effective dates. Our DBA effective date is the start of the pay period which results in the first check of the month that coverage is effective. Our insurance administrator needs the effective date of coverage, which is either the first of the month following the event (first of month following hire), the date of the event (i.e. the date a new baby was born), or the last day of the month (i.e. if divorce or separation from employment). We are struggling to translate the DBA start date to
