unexpected behavior in R12 Query: Transactions-> Distributions and accounting segments DFF pops up

This is happening for some users only - when they query the Transactions screen in Receivables Manager resp. and clicking on Distributions button - the segments of accounting DFF pops up  and for the same transactions other users do not have this problem. Any ideas? Thank you.
