Oracle Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2.0 configuration error

Hi ,

I am trying to install Oracle Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2.0 on RHEL 6 64 bit server:

Here are the steps:

1) I successfully installed Weblogic 10.3.6

2) I then successfully installed (using DO NOT CONFIGURE option) Oracle Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2.0

3) Then I run $ORACLE_HOME/bin/config.sh to configure Oracle Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2.0

4) When the configuration wizard reaches the step of "Restart AdminServer", it simply hangs there forever.

Looking at /oraInventory/logs/

Stopping Weblogic Server...

Initializing WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) ...

Type help() for help on available commands

This Exception occurred at Fri Jul 22 13:34:36 PDT 2016.
