Last Record in query result

Hi,

In Create Service Request screen whenever I query records I am getting only the first entered records but how to get the last entered record in the query result.

For example if there are 100 service request with OPEN status and when I tried to query records with OPEN status it is showing the first entered record then I need to scroll to reach the latest entered record.

Is there any way that always I should get the latest entered record.

Please suggest
