Pick Release Completes But No Move Order Created

Hello,

Sales orders are stuck at "Ready to release" after pick release even though the "Pick Selection List Generation" concurrent program completes successfully for some orders.

I see that delivery_id is populated in wsh_delivery_assignments and delivery record has been created  in wsh_new_deliveries table.

The line status still stuck at "R" and move order lines are not created . This issue is happening only for few orders in a day and unable to reproduce the issue in test environments.


Please help.
