Hyperion Essbase (MOSC)

I am gettng the below error message while trying to load the metadata.

ERROR - 1270079 - Failed to read file [/Oracle_epm/EssbaseServer/essbaseserver1/app//**\
f_ASO/default/ess00001.dat]: a system file error occurred.  Please see application log for details.

ERROR - 1241101 - Unexpected Essbase error 1053020.
ERROR - 1053020 - Error writing file:EssbaseServer/essbaseserver1/app/**_\
ASO/**_ASO/***_ASO.otn.

There is a problem writing the .otn file which is a temporary outline file that gets created during a restructure.
