Is one employee can have multiple appraisals (Score cards) in a single appraisal period?

One of our client using the Oracle PMS R12.1.3, now the client have some requirement, in their company employees are shifting departments on regular basis, at end of the appraisal period application generating only one score card and approval goes to current supervisor but client need is like application must generate multiple score cards in the same appraisal period with different ratings based on the employee working departments (2 or more) and their reporting structure, will explain you this with example:

If employee working in the department A for 4 months and in the department B for 8 months, end of the year application must generate 2 score cards for that employee and each score card must go to concerned manager (main appraiser) and after that both score cards ratings can be calculate together.
