Concurrent managers actual and target values mismatch

Hello,

In our Production environment , actual and target values of concurrent managers (standard managers, MRP Managers .. ) mismatch.

We know it is internal bug and there is a patch recommendation to resolve this issue. but we would like to reproduce this issue in our non PRD environment. This issue does not exists in non PRD environment. And we would like to first reproduced this issue in non PRD environment, apply patch in non PRD and then after successfully implementation of this solution , would like to go for PRD.
