Clicking Work Request Tab in EAM SElf SErvice Creates Page Error

We currently cannot create work requests.

Upon clicking the Work Request tab to access Create Work Request tab displays an error page with the following details:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.eam.workrequest.server.WorkRequestDetailAM'.
