Missing contract entry in document management

Hi All,

Missing contract entry in Contract Management:

1.We are able to pull the contract id (234) by using path ( Supplier contracts/ create contracts and documents / contract entry ).

2.But when we try to open through document management ( Supplier contracts/ create contracts and documents/ Document management ), this particular contract id (234) is not showing.

When I open through contract entry it's showing as ADD DOCUMENT in the place of MAINTAIN DOCUMENT.

Plz guide me to get ( Restore ) the document in Document management.

I have checked PS_CS_DOC_HDR and PS_CNTRCT_HDR unfortunately I don't know the doc id . If it's possible  plz let  me know  the tables which contain both contract id and document id details.
