WebADI : A system error has occurred when uploading journal on one PC

When trying to upload a journal using WebADI getting the following error:

A system error has occurred. Have your system administrator view the bne.log file

This is only occurring when one specific PC is being used. If the same user tries the same actions on a different PC then the journal upload works as expected without any issues.

Have checked the excel and windows settings as per the attached note and everything appears correct.

7/18/16 2:04 PM Web ADI Upload Job 98482 ERROR          BneOracleWebAppsContext.getExtraJDBCConnection recieved the same connection as the base connection.  There may be transaction problems.
