Requester LOV in iProc Search Requisition Screen

Dear Gurus,

As we are aware to search the Requisition based on the Requester from the iProcurement Search screen, this LOV along with unique employee name using other column also like Employee Number, Email, Location, Position etc

We have requirement from our client to have provision on the basis of what we can add another Colom in this LOV i-e Reference Indicator. Reference Indicator is actually one of the segment of HR position and this is most unique thing we do have to differentiate the employees with each other.

Can any one suggest how do I modify the Requester LOV on iProcurment Requisition search screen to add Reference Indicator Colum (a segment of employee position).
