Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We want to track the offer history same as claim history.Is there any Oracle existing functionality to track offer history.

or any oracle provided extension is available.

For Example screen shot for claim is attached

We want to track that any operation performed on OFFER
