How to find blocking query and blocked query?

Hi All,

Some time in Oracle 12c OEM .

In this page OEM will display 2 session are blocking. one is displayed as  in wait class IDLE and second will display as application.

In sql_id column

blank

some sql_id( example c45y98fhnuzf6)

Navigation:

Performance-->blocking session.

I  am not able to find out sql query for idle session bcause in sql_id cloum it not displaying id.

Please find the  attached docs of 12c OEM.(Deadlock_details)

Please suggest me ,

How to find out sql query and trace file for that session.
