How to change Case Status?
Hello!
I appreciate all your advice and ask for help again. Now I Work with Case Management. I found such tutorial as: E1: 17: Case Management Setup and Configuration (P17500 / P90CG501 / P90CG504 / P90CG002) (Doc ID 1487595.1), but this document doesnt have enough info about how to setup CALL STATUS ACTIVITY RULES.
When i setup options like in manual and then try to update case( create solution and change solution status to SR-Successful Resolution I get such messages(for example when i try to change case status from 100 to 999):
