Billing extension

Hello,

How can i access the below requirement using Billing extension function in Project billing module:

1) I need to recognize the Revenue as per the following formula:

((Cost Budget- Revenue Budget)/ Revenue Budget)*100) * Total billing amount.

2) Recognize cost as per the following formula:

(1- ((Cost Budget- Revenue Budget)/ Revenue Budget)*100)) * Total Actual cost.
