Quantity available for transfer after PO receipt reversal

User reported that when they receive a PO the received quantity is getting multiplied by two and received.

That is, if we try to receive a quantity of 10 in a  PO, the received quantity  in the system is being ‘20’.

Below is the sequence based on item ledger transactions:

1. User performed a PO receipt to receive an item and the PO receipt record – OV transaction showing only the ordered quantity is received in the system.

      i. For eg: say ordered quantity is 1000, the received quantity is also 1000, current on-hand is 1000.

2. Now user Performed a receipt reversal to remove the received quantity, which removed all the received quantity from the system making the on hand to be Zero.
