Hi, I am trying to apply "OJVM PATCH SET UPDATE 12.1.0.2.160719 (23177536)" on an Oracle RAC Database 12c through EM Cloud Control 12c, but the procedure (plan analysis) fails on "Step: Evaluate expression"...

PREREQ_NAME: Check if the required OPatch component is present
PREREQ_DESC: Check if the required OPatch component is present in Software Library
PREREQ_TYPE: TARGET_STATE
PREREQ_STATUS: FAILED
PREREQ_MESG: The required OPatch component is not present in Software Library.
PREREQ_REMEDY: MANUAL
PREREQ_REMEDY_DETAILS: Run the OPatch Update job to obtain the latest OPatch component.Check if all the required patches have been downloaded successfully.
Check complete. The overall result of this check is: Passed
STATUS: No need to download any patch.
