Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Disputed Invoices amount is not getting updated in ar_trx_bal_summary table.

Hello All,

With regards to Oracle E-Business Suite product version 12.1.3.

I am trying to populate datapoint 'amount in dispute', in Credit Management module by creating a transaction in AR and putting it in dispute.

Doing this updates the amount in dispute in table 'ar_payment_schedules_all' but does not update in 'ar_trx_bal_summary'.

Can someone help with knowledge of any missing business event or some other solution for the same.
