Has anyone used the Revenue Adjustment API?

We are in need of only recognizing a partial amount on the line level?  For example 3 lines  line A - 10 items @ $100  line b - 20 items @ $200 line c - 2 items at $1000.  We want to recognize all of items on line A, none on line B and 1 item on line C
