Siebel F9 Email functionality on Orders has an issue with Activity
Hi All,
When we send an Email using F9 functionality in Service Requests, an Activity will be created and it associated with Account of related Service Request. But same way if we send Email using F9 functionality in Orders screen, the Activity which is created is not getting associated to Accounts. (Account that's associated to that Order) Does anybody has any idea if we can customize so as to associate the Activity to an Account. As it's vanilla functionality, wanted to know if we can customize.
