Distributed I/O media errors

FYI...There was a recent issue with a customer who was using the Distributed I/O feature and encountered multiple tapes that they could not read the tape labels on, causing media errors.

This was only seen at the one customer site.  We believe something involved with the issue occurring was that they were incorrectly running 'samd start' on their distributed I/O (datamover) client hosts.
