Catalog for New Operating Unit

We have created a new operating unit. There is an existing catalog which needs to be used against the new operating unit, but I can't find a way to assign or reassign it to the new OU. Would anyone know how to do this. Ideally the catalog should be available to two operating units, but I don't see how to make this happen. Would anyone be able to help me?
