Work order direct items: is there are way to add an buyer to correspondent PR for descriptive direct

Hi everyone:

we are planning to use direct item functionality in our work order, but i just found out the following problems that is not convenient for the direct item buyer:

1. if we decided to use non-stockable direct item, then we need to make the direct item changeable so that we can change a proper name for the direct item so that our buy would know what he/him needs to buy from the PR, but i cant find a way to change the non-stockable direct item description in the work order;

2.if we decided to use descriptive direct item, then we need to assign a buyer to the correspondent auto-generated PR, but i also cant find way to solve this problem;
