R127011 integrity for new added accounts

Is there any option how to clear R127011 integrity if an expense account has been included in FX ranges recently, so the booking to this account in the past is without FA item number not posted to F1202 ? I thought that if I would mark these old transactions as passed that the total amount of them will be substracted from the F0902 column on the R127011, but it is not, so the discrepancy is still shown. Thank you for any advice.
