De-Allocate Quattities if not transacted more than three Months

Greetings, hope you are doing well.

Current Practice :-

Based on oracle standard when a user raise a demand of material against an operation on WO screen and WO having a status as Draft system is not actualizing the demand by creating the Move Order. Since when maintenance user acutate the WO and change the status from Draft to Release system automatically generated the demand in the shape of  Move Order is Pre-Approved and allocated the material also (if availibale).

The allocation reserved the material which is even not transacted for three months and WO status is also Released for a long time that cause a serious below in the shape of Inventory Handling and Inventory Replineshment because every time warehouse team said physically material available in our warehouse but system wise its reserved.
