Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. T4-1 SP failed but recovered after power cycle

Hi

SP failed was seen on multiple T series system in the past.

We have already upgraded firmware to Version 3.2.4.1 r93935 as stated in document 1483873.1 however it is happening again.

We have done power cycle to recover the SP and cleared the fault in fmadm. Now the system seems to be back to normal.

Any idea why is this so?
