Hi according to the Enterprise Manager Licensing User Manual (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/doc.121/e24474/ch1_introduction.htm#OEMLI111) in the section 1.5 Enterprise Manager Restricted User Licenses it says;


"Use of Oracle WebLogic Server with Oracle Enterprise Manager is restricted to servlet functionality".


What does this actually mean and how can I confirm that it is?
