Depreciation Calculator Tool (Doc ID 2164255.1)

The Depreciation Calculator is a tool to help in understanding how depreciation is getting calculated step by step and what formulas are used during depreciation calculation in Oracle Fixed Assets (OFA).

The objective of the Depreciation Calculator is to:

  • Provide clarification for monthly calculations
  • For the current open period and future periods
  • Without actually running depreciation.

The calculator is recommend to customers struggling to figure out calculation In certain scenarios or are in initial stages of implementation to understand how different attributes work to calculate depreciation.
