We are using HFM version 11.2.1.4

When login to Hyperion and try to click on and go to application, we are getting EPMHFM-69074 error message. Unable to start the datasouce process. The datasource is in recycle mode.

Right now, no one can access to this. We are trying to reboot this service and see if that will help solve the issue. But what could be the issue here? Please advise. Thanks.
