Is the E-Business 11i Critical Patch Update for July 2016 the Security Patch update 23144472?

We have purchased support to enable us to continue to get CPU patches for our E-Business environment and I want to be sure I have found the right patch, or if I need to open a SR and request the July 2016 Critical Patch Update for 11.5.10.2 RUP7. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
