Output file is giving duplicate columns

Hello Team,

I am getting duplicate records in FDMEE output file.

Ex:

ACTUAL;2016;May;YTD;1601_Corp;<Entity Currency>;1320000;[ICP None];P0080001000;[None];GL;[None];-116448.07
ACTUAL;2016;May;YTD1601_Corp;<Entity Currency>;1320000;[ICP None];P0080001000;[None];GL;[None];-2964007.96
ACTUAL;2016;May;YTD;1601_Corp;<Entity Currency>;1320000;[ICP None];P0080001030;[None]GL;[None];-338001
ACTUAL;2016;May;YTD;1601_Corp;<Entity Currency>;1320000;[ICP None];P0080001030;[None];GL;[None];138001

But the orginal records

ACTUAL;2016;May;YTD;1601_Corp;<Entity Currency>;1320000;[ICP None];P0080001000;[None];GL;[None];-3080456.03

ACTUAL2016MayYTD1601_Corp<Entity Currency>1320000[ICP None]P0080001030[None]GL[None]-200000

Please let me know the reason for getting duplicate records in Fdmee.
