Is there a way to get Quarter details(or for a date range) from the Federal and State Remittance Rep

If we could get the Federal State Remit report to show the detail by employee that would be really useful for us.  With the new requirement for the State of Oregon we need to have the State Unemployment report which shows state withholding to match the W2 state withholding for the quarter.  Currently these two amounts do not match so I need a way to find the difference and make the adjustment as needed.
