Queues in Field Services
There is a business requirement that when the tasks are created for service request, they should be redirected to what they call them as queues. These queues have people(could be just queues without people as well) assigned to it.
People should be able to yank the tasks and complete them. Some notifications to be sent out. Some metrics around who is working on what task etc.
These queues are to be assigned to resources working in other modules like OM, PO, WMS etc.
Is there a solution for this? Does this relate to groups, teams, universal work queue etc in field services?
