Error running the script xla5584908.drv. Oracle Doc ID 604893.1

I try to run the script from the Oracle Doc R12 FAQ for the SLA Upgrade: SLA Pre-Upgrade, Post-Upgrade, and Hot Patch (Doc ID 604893.1)

adop phase=apply options=nocopyportion patchtop=$XLA_TOP/patch/115  patches=driver:xla5584908.drv hotpatch=yes

and the execution fails

FUNCTION: TXK::XML::load_doc [ Level 1 ]

MESSAGES:

error = Cannot open XML file for load

errorno = No such file or directory
