SBL-EAI-04421: Cannot perform 'NewRecord' on the business component 'Organization'

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone has seen this error.  I've done quite a bit of searching and it appears as the reason is because either there is a field that is null that shouldn't be, or the user doesn't have update rights to the table.  Or at least that is what it appears to be based on what I've read on the net.  I can't find that either appears to be the case.  I might be looking in the wrong spot as well. 

We have a business service that calls the workflow that does the EAI upsert method. I've compared the values from the EAI XMLparse_input file that's created and don't see any fields that are null that aren't expected.
