Is HOLD field in F4211 used?

Client is upgrading from OneWorld Xe to E1 9.1.  We noticed that the HOLD code has been added to the F4211 table.  We found Doc ID 1940033.1, which states HOLD was never used in F4211 in any versions of JDEdwards software.  Can someone please confirm that HOLD field in F4211 is still not being used (and never has been used), all the way through E1 9.1 version?
