Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In a service request, how can we have task numbers manually given rather than have the system generate the task numbers automatically?

Secondly, do we have any Oracle API to trigger the part search from backend?
