exadata db node, image version 12.1.2.2.0.150917, sundiag execution is very slow

Hello Experts,

Could you please suggest how to diagnostic this kind of issue, customer mentions it took several hours to generate a 22 MB file. Like strace to trace the sundiag process? Check exawatcher logs to see the system load? Thanks a lot in advance.
