"Catalog Additional Files" fails with "ERROR: Invalid username and/or password"

I'm trying to add (apparently) missing Archived Logs to the catalog using the "Catalog Additional Files" function in EM's "Manage Current Backups" screen.

We are using a Shared Key Host Credential to login to the RHEL6 server the database is hosted on. That account does not own the database directory or the Oracle Home but it is in the local 'dba' group. If I run the connection "Test" in the Host Credentials section I get "Test Successful."

When I run the "Catalog Additional Files" function and select either of the options I get the result:

Which username/password is it referring to?
