concurrent request showing in pending normal status from long time

Dear Team,

one of my request workflow background process is showing in pending normal status from long time and it is not going to complete. I am not able to cancel and view the request also not able find out the SID of the request from backend. i hope request is lock but in v$lock view it is not showing.

 

please suggest how can i resolve this issue ASAP. the issue is going on my prod instance.

 

kindly suggest me ASAP. previously many times i have raise the sr on oracle but oracle unable to give the solution for this issue.
