Abstract External Page not registering additional parameters

Hi All,

I am trying to change the parameters of the Abstract URL to only display Active negotiations.  Not sure if I am completely missing something, but I keep getting an error when testing this.

I am following the steps in the Implementation and Administration guide.  Using the example in the guide, the standard Abstract URL is http://external.oracle.com:1033/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=PON_ABSTRACT_PAGE   To only display the active negotiations I have changed the URL to http://external.oracle.com:1033/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=PON_ABSTRACT_PAGE&PON_NEGOTIATION_STATUS=ACTIVE  But when I test this to see if it works I get the below error:
